The Coping Skills programme is based on a learning process of reflection and skills practice. We provide participants with tools and techniques that are grounded in research. Each module focuses on the concept (what), the benefits (why) and the practical application (how).
Our Coping Skills Programme is aimed at all employees finding it difficult to juggle personal and professional commitments This includes managing deliverables at home and work, maintaining balance and finding resources to cope.
An introductory session will provide an overview, detailing the approach and content covered over the course of the programme.
