I found the refresher sessions to be really helpful. The sessions we had in 2023 taught me a lot of tools I could use and I mentioned how there was a lot of incremental learning and was able to apply it immediately. The refresher sessions helped to solidify that learning and gave me a chance to pick everyone’s brain and help shape my thinking as I grew into the working world.

For my feedback I think the new grads should definitely get the refresher sessions. They felt like continuous support and over and above the good content, there was a lot of value that I think we all gained from one another around the table. Things got realer in the second year of work when responsibilities got bumped up so the sessions were really helpful.

I enjoyed the refreshers, they were dense but helped piece everything together and the time in between allowed you to absorb and apply the information.
