I found the ACE sessions to be really helpful. The sessions we had in 2023 taught me a lot of tools I could use and I mentioned how there was a lot of incremental learning and was able to apply it immediately. The refresher sessions helped to solidify that learning and gave me a chance to pick everyone’s brain and help shape my thinking as I grew into the working world.
